Incredible Malino

Let’s visiting Malino, Gowa - South Sulawesi then you will have not only these wonderful views but also amazing experiences.

Malino is located about 80 km outside Makassar City-South Sulawesi surrounded by Bawakaraeng Mountains. Malino is a town with thousands pine everywhere which is caused by its cold weather. Enjoy riding horses in Pine Forest, having a great time in Tea Garden and Vegetable Garden, waiting for sunrise and sunset in the edge, feeling pure sense of its waterfall and closing night by its cold fog.

Visiting Malino, Having its virgin environment and being refreshed by its nature atmosphere.

How to get Malino :

1. Get a flight to Indonesia, you will be landed in Jakarta or Denpasar (if you are not from Indonesia)
   
2. Taking flight from Jakarta or Denpasar directly to Makassar-South Sulawesi. Makassar can be reached from many cities in Indonesia
   
3. For single flight from Jakarta, its cost about Rp. 800.000 - Rp. 1.200.000 (80-120 USD)
4. For single flight from Denpasar, its cost about Rp. 600.000 - Rp. 1.000.000 (60-100 USD)
   
5. Travel by taxi is the best way to reach Malino faster (high cost). You will spend about Rp. 250.000 (25 USD)
   
6. Travel by 'pete-pete' is recommended, cheaper one, but you probably will be confused. You will need some local's help to show you how to get Gowa Terminal from Hasanuddin-international airport
   
7. From Gowa Terminal, take pete-pete directly to Malino. You will only spend about Rp. 15.000 (2 USD) and its cost only about Rp. 100.000 (10 USD) for whole trip from airport

Amazing Race Asia Season 2 - Last Episode

Congratulation to Collins & Adrian from Singapore!!!!

Collins and Adrian is the winner of The Amazing Race Asia Season 2 which is broadcasted by AXN. It’s amazing because beside a good team-working, skills, spirit and hard-working, a good team also needed to pass through Fast forward, Yield, Road Blocking, Intersection and De-Tour before they come to The Pit-Stop in every Race. Teams passed through 10 countries, 15 cities and 51.534 km to come to the final pit-stop.

This episode was beginning in Cape Town-South Africa and ending in Pai Huang Qiao (Rainbow Bridge), Jurong Park, Singapore.

Collins and Adrian are unique team because Adrian has speaking disability. They are Gym-Buddies. It makes them so special because they can beat others team with their uniqueness. Adrian has never dwelt on his disability.

The second team is The Malaysian Girls. They are Pamela Chong and Vanessa Chong. These sisters successfully beat superior team from Philippine. I am proud of them because they have shown their toughness during this game.

This is my Favorite Team…!

They are Mark and Rovilson. These two handsome guys are from Philippine. They have shown their good team-working and determination to always be number one. This team is a great time that has ever played in Amazing Race Asia. They always come first in every pit-stop. That’s why they are predicted as the winner of this season. But, unfortunately on the last Blocking, Rovilson was beaten by other two teams.

Smudama

Both pictures are the place where I had mentally grown up for 3 years which is named Smudama. It’s a lovely place. But, leaving there wasn’t as beautiful as these pictures. I got too much from Smudama. Sometimes, being better isn’t easy, there are too much to be sacrificed to get more. It should be worth it. But, my experience in Smudama has been my proud for years. Whatever happened, Smudama has been part of my life that I can’t deny…
